Girl.
THAT'S NOT YOUR JOB.
time to Build the executive team you've been doing the work of.
A CEO of a $10 million company did not get there by doing it all on their own.
They don't build their own agenda. They don't write their own posts. They don't spend Thursday night rebuilding a pitch deck from scratch. They have a chief of staff, a director of marketing, someone who owns client relations, and a team handling client experience — specifically so the CEO can go do the two things nobody else can do for them: sit across from a client, and build.
You're running a business with an executive team of exactly one, and excusing it as productive. Wearing it like a badge of honor.
So you do all four jobs. At 11pm, in between nap time, missing dinner because you need to get "one more thing" done, losing clients because your capacity is tapped and you're constantly on the brink of crashing out.
It's not because you aren't good enough. It's not because you're bad at running your business. But that ceiling you keep hitting is there because you're doing someone else's job between everything else. And you've been calling it busy instead of calling it what it is.
That's not your job. You just haven't built the person whose job it is.
So Let’s fix it.
together.
THE PART EVERYONE SKIPS
You've bought the AI thing before. Maybe twice.
You got the PDF. You got the 47 prompts. You had a great two hours, felt like you finally got it — and then Monday happened, a client needed something, and the doc went into a folder you haven't opened since.
That's not a discipline problem. It's a delivery problem. Nobody has ever built anything from a to-do list handed to them at the end of a webinar.
So this class doesn't hand you one.
HOW IT WORKS
TUESDAYS, 11–1 Central — we build. I show you the finished thing working. Then we build it together, screens out, live. Before the session ends, every person in the room runs theirs once. Untested doesn't count.
FRIDAYS, 11–1 Central — we fix it. A working room. You share your screen, I fix what's broken, and nobody leaves the lab without it running.
Two hours, two days a week, four weeks.
Meet Your executive team
01 — CHIEF OF STAFF
Runs your day. Your Top 3 on screen by 8am, every stray thought caught all day long, a brief at 4 that builds tomorrow's list. A CEO doesn't build their own agenda every morning.
02 — DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
Owns your voice. Writes as you, built from your own words — your posts, your voice memos, how you actually talk. Every CEO of a real company has someone who writes in their voice. That's not a shortcut. That's the job.
03 — DIRECTOR OF CLIENT RELATIONS
Owns your database. Cleans it, tags it, sweeps it weekly, drafts the next email so nothing dies in your inbox. A CEO doesn't personally remember to email someone back in March. This is the one that gave me 10+ hours a week.
04 — CLIENT EXPERIENCE ASSISTANT
Owns what it's like to work with you. Turns comps and market data into a live client page — one link, always current — instead of a packet you print, bind, and watch go stale. A CEO doesn't spend Thursday night in a three-ring binder.

Eight live sessions. Four Tuesdays are build days — we make the thing together, on screen, start to finish. Four Fridays are working hours: you share your screen, we troubleshoot what broke, and it gets fixed.
You'll build four things: a Chief of Staff that runs your morning priorities and your afternoon recap, a Director of Marketing that knows how you sound, a Director of Client Relations that keeps follow-up from falling through, and a Director of Client Experience that handles listing presentations and weekly client updates.
Not four things to go build later. Four things that exist by November.

One paid AI account, about $20/month. That's the only tool you buy.
We build in Claude so the whole room runs the same setup — which is the only reason I can look at your screen on a Friday and actually fix it. You'll get a 20-minute setup doc the day you enroll, and everything on it takes one sitting.
Beyond that: a laptop, a calendar you already use, and the CRM you already have. No new software, no automation platform, no subscriptions you'll forget to cancel.
-
You're not learning to code. There's nothing to install past step one.
What you're learning is how to write a clear instruction to something that reads plain English — which you already do every time you brief a lender or train an assistant. Same skill, different audience.
That's also what Fridays are for. The class isn't built on the assumption that everyone got it the first time; it's built on the assumption that some of you didn't, and that's a normal Friday.

Base gets you everything above: all eight live sessions, the replays, and the group chat — answered Mondays and Thursdays.
VIP gets you three things base doesn't:
Now You Know Me — a voice profile I build by hand from your actual writing before the class starts. You paste it at the top of every prompt for the next four weeks, and everything you build comes out sounding like you instead of like a competent stranger. Base tier builds a version of this in Week 2. You walk into Week 1 holding yours.
A build path mapped to your specific database — you tell me what you use at intake, I build against it.
A 1:1 with me, 60 minutes, usable any time within 60 days, plus a private chat answered within 24 hours.
If you know you learn faster with something already tailored to you, take VIP. If you'd rather build it yourself in the room, base is the whole class and it's not a lesser version of it.
-
Every session is recorded and posted, and the replays are yours.
But I'd rather be straight with you: the replays are insurance, not the plan. This class works because you build the thing while I'm in the room with you. People who watch four replays in December end up with four videos and nothing built — which is the exact outcome this class was designed against.
If you know now that you'll miss more than one, come to the next cohort instead. I'd rather have you in January and have it work.
-
The live demos run on Follow Up Boss and KW Command, because that's what most of the room uses.
Here's the honest version: what we build is a set of instructions that drafts your follow-up, organizes your database work, and tells you exactly what to send and when. Depending on your platform, some of it connects directly and some of it is a copy-paste step. I'm not going to tell you it automatically does everything inside your CRM, because for most platforms that isn't true yet.
What's true: the thinking, drafting and deciding stop being your job. If you're on something other than the two above, bring it to a Friday and we'll map it.

Email ceoagentlab@ceoagentlab.com or DM @ceoagentlab. I answer both! If you're deciding between the two tiers and want a read on which one fits, that's a fair thing to ask me directly — I'll tell you the truth even if the answer is the cheaper one.
